Our History.
We are Doug Anderson and Gina Fiedel, the founders and principals of Fat Eyes located in Santa Barbara, California. Graduates of the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Tufts University in Boston, our formal visual training began over 30 years ago. We have an outstanding thirty-year track record as practicing visual artists and designers with national and international exhibitions, sales, grants, awards, articles, catelogs and reviews. Our work is represented in museums and private collections worldwide. Artmaking and success in the competititve contemporary art world is not solely about making pictures or objects; it requires critique, listening, discussion, determination and perserverance- all skills that inform our ability to interact with and support our clients' needs.

Our work in digital media began in 1990, which paved the way to web development in early 1998.  We deliver the visuals and functionality our clients require on the web.  At Fat Eyes, we believe good design follows function.
